Arranged auction case sent to judges

The Anticorruption Prosecutor's has sent the case of altered food to judges.
Four civil servants are among the defendants. The suspects are accused of signing the contract, and increasing the prices for bids, so that the most expensive ones win.
Defendants risk imprisonment, fines and deprivation of rights.
Other 15 other defendants are being investigated.
