Austria interested in promoting bilateral, multilateral dialogue with Moldova in various sectors

Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign and European Integration Minister Andrei Galbur met Foreign Minister of Austria Sebastian Kurz, on the sidelines of the OSCE ministerial council held in Hamburg, as stated by Moldpres.
The officials exchanged opinions about the topical issues on the agenda of bilateral and multilateral relations. Galbur welcomed taking over of Austrian OSCE chairmanship in 2017. He noted the importance of the Transnistrian conflict settlement and appreciated the Austrian authorities’ support for the programmes to support confidence building measures and cooperation between the two banks of the Dniestre.
Galbur invited his Austrian counterpart to pay a visit to Moldova.
For his part, Sebastian Kurz confirmed his country’s interest in promoting the bilateral and multilateral dialogue with Moldova in different sectors.
