Locals in Bălţi have to suffer unpleasant smell and decreasing cleanliness around garbage patch which the municipal enterprise has ignored and failed to evacuate for a week. 

According to the economic agent that provided these services, only 30 percent of garbage is collected daily, which means that more than half of the trash cans remain full and the amount of garbage doubles every day.

Locals complain that the mice and the rats have already begun to move in the blocks.
