The former President of the Union Fenosa company, Silvia Radu is the new interim of the Capital. The announcement was made this morning by Nistor Grozavu who said he quit his job as the interim of Chisinau.

At the same time, Grozavu called in function of Vice mayor, Ruslan Codreanu, the municipal adviser of PPEM.

Grozavu signed the order of calling in function the vice mayors according to the law of the statute of Chisinau, that was signed in 2016.

Nistor Grozavu declared the decisions were made to avoid the institutional jam.

Previously, there were two other attempts of calling in function the vice mayors, but those failed.
