The Chicu Cabinet approved today the draft decision on the relaunch of negotiations with the Russian Federation, regarding the credit agreement in the amount of 200 million euros.

The negotiating committee will include representatives from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Economy.

PUBLIKA.MD recalls that, on May 7, the Constitutional Court ruled that the law on ratification of the loan agreement with the Russian Federation, amounting to 200 million euros, is unconstitutional. As a result, the government was forced to resume negotiations.
