Chiril Gaburici Minister of Economy and Infrastructure paid a visit to the building site of Chisinau Arena to check on how the work is going on.

The minister says that the investments in this national project will improve the economy of the country and the infrastructure.

"Half of a year ago, we started to build this arena. Today, we have 60% of the works one. I hope that the work will take place fast", mentioned Chiril Gaburici.

The workers say that the work will be done by October 14, 2019. Now, they are building the cultural zone, pool, Aqua park, multi task stage.

Chisinau Arena is based on a public-private project. It will have a capacity of 5,000 places and enough space for cultural, sports activities and also for training, exhibitions, conferences and so on.
