Chisinau Mayor Ion Ceban will pay an official visit to Moscow on Nov 28 at the invitation of Sergey Sobyanin, the Moscow Mayor. The invitation was announced today by the Russian official who sent a congratulatory message to Ion Ceban on winning the mayoral election. 

According to the Moldovan official, the collaboration with Moscow may offer Chisinau an enormous potential through implementing the common projects. 

"We have lots of works and remarkable examples from the Russian Capital we could follow and implement in Chisinau", stressed Ion Ceban.
