Civil status acts produced and registered on the left bank of Nistru and Bender municipality will be certified by the competent authorities of the Republic of Moldova, if their registration has occurred under conditions similar to those regulated by the Moldova legislation.

The Parliament passed the amendments to the Law on civil status acts in final reading today.

Moreover, the government will, within three months, develop the necessary normative acts for execution of the confirmation of the acts and civil status acts produced and registered in the localities on the left bank of the Dniester River.
 
According to the authors, these amendments introduce normative norms that establish the legal possibility to confirm the juridical facts of the civil status of the inhabitants on the other bank of the Dniester River.
