Cleaning up of the Capital! Dozens of people participated (PHOTO REPORT)
The capital is being cleaned totally. Dozens of people participated at the cleaning up. All streets, sectors, public places will be cleared up. Acting Mayor Silvia Radu will join the team.
The interim of the Capital, who urged everyone to participate also came to clean the streets.
The block of flats' yards were also cleaned. People took off the trash and repaired the benches.
The service vehicles cleaned up the streets.
Over 120 tones of trash was gathered from the Capital streets.
Starting Monday, the road workers will work harder. All the holes from the streets will be repaired.
Silvia Radu announced that the roads will be repaired within two months. Initially, the holes that appeared after the snow fall and rainfall. During the summer, the streets will be repaired more seriously. Silvia Radu will monitor the repair works worth 125 million lei.
This week, the municipality decided to allocate a thousand lei for each retired from the Capital, inclusively the ones with deficiencies and the ones with a monthly income lower then 1450 lei. The money could be taken from the offices of Moldova Post Office. Totally, over than 76 thousand people will benefit of material aid.
Also, last week, Iurie Dondiuc, the chief of No.1 Municipal Hospital and Mihai Moldovanu, the chief of Health Direction were dismissed, at Silvia Radu's order.
In the Rose Valley Park, dozens of employees of municipal enterprises have put their hands on shovels, brooms and rakes. Cleanliness began earlier than planned, take place in all sectors of the Capital.
Additionally, anyone also can join the team, volunteers are welcomed, City Hall representatives say.
Last week, Silvia Radu requested the Court of Appeal to annul the decision regarding the Chisinau City Hall to return Igor Gamretki in the office of Transportation Direction Chief. The previous year, Gamretki was sentenced for three years in parking places file, also, the Court forbidden him to hold any public offices for three years.
