New Constitutional Court President Vladimir Ţurcan may be dismissed. According to CC judge Nicolae Roşca, magistrates will examine the request of Domnica Manole on Tuesday. 

The judge of the Constitutional Court Domnica Manole requests the revision of yesterday's decision regarding the election of the president of the institution. An application to this effect was filed this morning.

Manole motivates her request by the fact that another judge of the Court, Liuba Şova, said that the appointment of Vladimir Turcan to the head of the institution was influenced from outside. Thus, "the results of the manifestation of the secret ballot at the election of the CC president" were partially known" and there is "reasonable suspicion that the results of the secret ballot were rigged".
