Constitutional Court has rejected President Igor Dodon's appeal regarding Government's decision to dispatch a military team for NATO drills in Ukraine.
In their defense, Judges have underlined that Government has the right to take necessary measures if it means ensuring that international treaties are respected.
Therefore, Igor Dodon's appeal sent at the beginning of September was rejected and declared that it had no legal base.
At the time, the President has declared that only he can make such decisions and the Government has acted out of its jurisdiction.
