Half a million lei have been returned this year to consumers having bought bad-quality merchandise or having got bad-quality services.
The Consumer Protection Agency acted after people had notified it.
The largest amount, 97,000 lei, was returned to a family who ordered 14 doors to a furniture store.
The products were delivered to a delay of six weeks.
The Agency has recorded over 1,000 complaints this year, as 800 have been solved on the spot.
