The development of the commercial relationship between the Republic of Moldova and the USA were discussed by Cristina Balan, the Republic of Moldova Ambassador to the US and David S. De Falco, the deputy State Secretary for Commerce of the USA.

Within the dialogue, Cristina Balan presented the evolution and the priorities of the Republic of Moldova Government on the economic and commercial field, but also, the investment opportunities.

David S. De Falco said that the USA is opened to cooperate with the Republic of Moldova.

The officials convened to continue the dialogues, in order to strengthen the economic cooperation, inclusively by offering the required assistance in judicial-economic field, to inform the American businessmen about the investment opportunities in the Republic of Moldova, to open a visa regime and organize different economic event in the both countries.
