Coronavirus has claimed two more lives in Moldova: a 81-year-old woman from Causeni and a 78-year-old man who was admitted to the Emergency Medicine Institute on April. Both of them had pre-existing medical conditions.
These are the 16th and 17th deaths since the pandemic began.
76 patients are in serious conditions and the condition of 304 patients are relatively serious.
There are 37 people infected with COVID-19 in Transnistrian region.
Meanwhile, on Sunday, seven patients were discharged from the Toma Ciorbă hospital, Minister of Health Viorica Dumbrăveanu announced.
She also noted that the budget-paid employees will probably stay home the next two weeks in the context of more intense coronavirus pandemic.
