The coronavirus pandemic may lead to the modification to the Labor Code, a new article "Telemunca" on remote job, the National Confederation of Employers has proposed. 

The project sets in the legal framework all the conditions so that the employees can officially activate and receive salaries.

According to the initiative's authors, the modification has been successfully implemented in several countries. People in multiple domains such as IT, commerce, private education and journalism can work in distance. 

The State Secretary at the Ministry of Health, Labour and Social Protection, Nelea Rusu told Publika that the document is to go through public consultation procedures and be presented to the Government and Parliament.
