Cristina Lesnic paid visit to Dubasari. What did she discuss about with local authorities?
Deputy Prime Minister Cristina Lesnic, together with representatives of the Reintegration Policy Bureau, Chişinău Territorial Office of the State Chancellery had a meeting with the local public administration, employees of educational institutions, economic agents and landowners from the villages of Cocieri and Molovata Nouă from Dubasari district.
The working visit was based on the fact that as of August 1, 2018 access to agricultural land in Dubasari was restored in accordance with the Protocol Decision "On some measures to regulate the problems related to the implementation of the 2006 Land Use Mechanism agricultural, located in Dubasari district, on the Tiraspol - Camenca route "of November 25, 2017.
"Farmers' access to agricultural land is one of the objectives of the 2018 work agenda, in which the Government, with substantial efforts, has come to resolve an old and sensitive problem. This topic will still be in the process of monitoring to allow access to permanent and uninterrupted basis", said the Deputy Prime Minister.
At the meeting, the official also spoke about farmers' plans for land, receipt of compensation, stringent problems faced by villagers: road repairs, extension of the street lighting system, the situation of the ferry running in the region.
Taking into account that the Cocieri and Molovata Noua localities are located within the Security Zone perimeter, the discussions focused on the topics related to the level of implementation of the projects funded through the Program of Reintegration Activities of the country.
At the same time, Cristina Lesnic paid a visit to kindergartens, the House of Culture, the School of Arts and the Commercial Square in the villages concerned.
Cristina Lesnic also mentioned the importance of working together to provide quality services for citizens and jointly identify sustainable solutions to problems in the community.
