Croatia supports Moldova's efforts on European integration
Croatia supports Moldova's efforts on the path to European integration, says Croatia's Justice Minister Dražen Bošnjaković during a meeting with the Moldovan Justice Minister, Victoria Iftodi, on occasion of Ministerial Meeting on Justice of member states of European Council in Copenhagen.
During the meeting, senior officials exchanged views on co-operation with the European Union, especially on the process of association and advancement on European integration.
Croatian experience is valuable for Moldova in light of similar challenges and issues in process of meeting the EU integration criteria.
In this context, Victoria Iftodi reconfirmed the interest of Moldova in deepening and diversifying multi-country relations with Croatia and sharing good practice in relations with the European Union.
High officials have called for increased cooperation in the field of justice. The Croatian official has expressed the willingness of the Croatian authorities to assist Moldova in efforts to improve the act of justice. The country is proposed to organize an official visit to Moldova and sign a memorandum of cooperation.
