The Culture Ministry has organized a trip to the Chisinau Circus for 450 children from socially disadvantaged families.

"We’d like to show them something special: much joy and smiles, it’s a sunny holiday,” said Circus manager Igor Casap.

Some kids had the luck of being invited by clowns to the arena.

"The Ministry of Culture wanted to offer this surprise to the children so that they can really feel the magic of this holiday and this wonder, the circus," said Minister Monica Babuc.

The Ministry allocated about$3,000 for the action and even served the kids with candies at the end of the show.
