Currency reserves of National Bank registered a significant increase for 2016
The currency reserves of the National Bank have registered a significant increase at the end of August 2016, and overpassed 2 billion dollars. This is the biggest increase in the last two years.
The data of National Bank shows that on 26 August 2016 the currency reserves reached 2 billion dollars, increasing with 150 million in comparison with 29 July 2016, and with 335 million dollars more than at the beginning of 2016.
The currency reserves of the National Bank started to drop at the end of 2014.
