Data exchange among authorities will become more efficient
The executive has approved today new laws on data sharing and interoperability. The new laws state that data exchange among public authorities will be performed by consolidating the legal and regulatory basis for the usage of the interoperability platform – MConnect.
Therefore, preconditions will be created for the implementation of the single window concept. "This document must be put into force as soon as possible, we will have less bureaucracy, people will need to go after certificates less times and, as we have mentioned before, data exchange must be made among institutions, not by requesting certificates from citizens" Pavel Filip said.
At the same time, it will offer evidence for all data exchange, will optimize and reduce expenses institutions bear for offering those public services and increase their quality.
Until this moment, 65 projects for interoperability platform integration were initiated, associated at 27 entities.
