Decided! Socialist Party to negotiate with Democratic Party on Thursday
The negotiations between two parties PDM and PSRM will be conducted today. The details have not been announced but the press received the invitation to the press conference at 14:00 in Parliament.
The Socialist Party's Republican Council decided to open negotiations for a coalition with the Democratic Party. The possible future political alliance will base on the same agreement signed with the bloc ACUM.
The Democratic Party also said they were open to negotiate with the Socialist Party to form a governing coalition, announced PDM President Pavel Filip after the Political National Council meeting.
Democrats consider negotiating as they want to return to government, Pavel Filip said when the meeting ended.
Following these announcements, PAS issued a press release urging Democrats not to coalition with the Socialists.
