Defence Minister Anatol Salaru held meeting with Slovak Ambassador in Chisinau

The Defense Minister Anatol Şalaru has met today, November 7th, with Ambassador of Slovakia to Moldova Robert Kirnag.
The meeting was attended by the Honorary Consul of Slovakia in our country, Jan Varga.
The officials discussed issues related to regional security situation and bilateral cooperation in the military segment.
Salaru has informed Robert Kirnag about the reform conducted in the defense sector, particularly developing strategic documents and other activities included in the agenda of the Ministry of Defence.
Anatol Şalaru has expressed his conviction that the defense establishments of the two countries will strengthen cooperation by initiating projects beneficial to the Army of Moldova and Slovakia.
In turn, the Slovak ambassador said his country's interest for a bilateral partnership on the military dimension, stating that Slovakia is ready to assist in that area.
