Defense Ministry has publicized a note regarding the missing plane over the territory between Orhei and Teleneşti: 

National Army's investigation detected at 17:40 July 19 an unidentified aircraft. 

At 17:45, it crossed the Moldovan border. It was not included in the flight plan by responsible authorities (Ukrainian Civil Aviation Authority and competent structures). At 18:45, it disappeared from radar over Cucuruzeni locality, Orhei district. 

In accordance with the procedure, the Defense Ministry informed the responsible authorities - Internal Affairs Ministry, Civil Aviation Authority, Information and Security Service, MoldATSA - who took over the missing plane investigation. 

The National Army was not requested to involve in the searching. 

It remains unclear if the aircraft is of military or civil.
