Deputy Director of the municipal enterprise Apa-Canal Chisinau, Vladimir Mocreac has been detained by prosecutors.
Mocreac was placed in custody for 30 days. The information was confirmed for Publika TV by Ghenadie Parli prosecutor.
According to reports, Vladimir Mocreac has signed several contracts with waste disposal companies deprivation, which resulted in damage to the environment.
If guilty, Mocreac risks up to 10 years in prison.
