Constitutional Court judge Domnica Manole has filed a request to review the Monday decision on the institution president election. 

Manole explained reason for her request that another judge Liuba Şova declared Vladimir Ţurcan's appointment was influenced by people outside the institution.

Şova specified that "the results of the manifestation of the secret vote at the election of the CC president became partially known ”and there is“ reasonable suspicion that the results of the secret voting was rigged ”.
