A driver was caught on tape while drifting in the Botanica sector of the capital, near a gas station.  

Two individuals were helping the driver by throwing snow on the roadway. 

The video was posted on a social network by an eyewitness.

People have been outraged by the video, saying the driver was mocking road worker's work.
