Drugged drivers, detained by INP. Things discovered in their cars (PHOTO)
Two drugged drivers were detained by the patrol inspectors at the end of the last week.
The first driver, a 26 year-old young, inhabitant of Balti town, manifested an unappropriate behavior, the patrol inspectors requested for him to pass the narcologic testing.
As a result of the verification of the car’s trunk, the patrol policemen traced a vegetal mass, similar to marijuana and a bottle of 0,5 ml, in the interior of which was observed a brown-colored deposit.
Another driver, suspected of being drugged was traced in the night of 1 to 2 April, around 04:00 on a street of the Capital.
As a result of the verification of the car and of the driver, aged 36, the inspectors traced several sharp objects and packages of polyethylene in which was a white-color substance.
In case of driving a car in narcologic drunkenness, the legislation stipulates a fine beginning with 37.500 to 42.500 lei or unpaid work in the community’s benefit from 200 to 240 hours, in both cases with the deprivation of the right to drive transport means for a term from 3 to 5 years.
