An earthquake of magnitude 3.3 took place in Buzău County, in the Vrancea seismic zone, according to the National Institute for Research on Earth Physics, rtv.net writes.

The earthquake occurred near the towns of Nehoiu (3km), Întorsura Buzăului (37km), Vălenii de Munte (38km), Covasna (42km) and Slănic (44km).

On Tuesday afternoon, a earthquake of magnitude 2.9 occurred in Buzau.
