Moldovans pay for an apartment 3,4 times less than 10 years ago. The economic expert Veaceslav Ionita is claiming the result of the real estate market analysis of our country. According to the source, in 2019 the apartment prices reached the historic minimum of 262 Euros/m2 at the euro value in 2008.

"Most probably we assist at the market price stabilization at it's lowest and for 2020 we expect a slightly increase of the prices", wrote Ionita on his Facebook page.

This way, in 10 years the apartment prices has decreased to 380 Euros/m2 from 900 Euros in 2008 and to 520 in 2019.
