EU program teaches Moldovan journalists media techniques
Moldovan journalists are invited to learn new skills under an EU-funded initiative run by the Open Media Hub project. The training will focus on issues around the Association Agreement between Moldova and the EU and will take place on 12-17 September in the Moldovan capital Chisinau. As well as new skills and knowledge, participants will learn how to produce stories for TV broadcast and how to share them on exchange platforms.
Media professionals will also have the chance to improve their news production and story-telling skills. As part of the course journalists will be asked to prepare and cover stories with the help of the trainers experienced in broadcast news, documentary filmmaking, local media, production and post production.
The OPEN Media Hub Project is part of the EU-funded OPEN Neighbourhood programme. It focuses on high quality TV and video production, exchange among Neighbourhood and EU broadcast and online media and on strengthening the community of journalists across the Neighbourhood.
