Exhibition in memoriam of heros who died for independence of our country
In memory of those who contributed to the independence and sovereignty of our country, as a sign of gratitude for the heroic deeds of the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, an exhibition dedicated to the heroes fallen into debt was inaugurated today at the "Stefan cel Mare" Academy.
The event was attended by the MAI leadership, employees of the subdivisions, representatives of the Embassy of Romania in the Republic of Moldova, relatives of the heroes, students, pupils from the village of Haragis and other guests.
The exhibition contains archive documents, photo materials, video, personal items and other important exhibits from the life of police officer Serghei Coipan, fireman Ivan Nogailic, police officer Vladimir Cara, employees who died during the service, and SMURD crew members who died during a rescue missions to Moldova in the summer of 2016.
Thus, in the event of a historically and emotionally powerful interior minister recalled his colleague at the academy, Cara Vladimir, noting for son his, who attended the event that it had been an example to colleagues, a a man who motivates those around him, his heroism shook the entire generation of cops since.

This Academy initiative has become a beautiful tradition, which I wholeheartedly support and urge my colleagues to continue this thread of the history of our people who left too soon but managed to leaving heroic deeds behind them. The generations that come must know them and we are obliged to keep their eternal memory alive, "the minister said in his speech.
The children and relatives of the heroes who fell on duty received the thank-you messages from the MAI and the son of the policeman Vladimir Cara received for his father the cross for merit of the post-mortem degree. Those present have been able to better understand the life histories of these people, photos, personal things, documents, and other objects that have been gathered and selected with the help of those who have supported this initiative.
