Police officers working at the Sculeni - Iaşi boarder managed to discover three false documents hidden in the hip pack of a minibus driver.

The 52-year-old Moldovan driver tried to enter Romania, with a Mercedes minibus, having the route Republic of Moldova - Italy.

After the officers performed a search of the vehicle, they managed to find three bills with the Tax Free stamp, in the drivers hip pack.

Becoming suspicions of the document's validity, the board control employees, performed further investigation, discovering that the stamps on the bills lacked certain elements, meaning they were forged.

Once informed, the main claimed that the documents were given to him by some women, requesting to transmit those papers to an individual in Regio Emillia city from Italy. The driver also added that he had no clue the documents could be false.

The boarder police opened a case for falsification of official documents.
