Chiril Gaburici: Set deadlines for those delaying the implementation of projects funded by the Energy Efficiency Fund, to make work more efficient and save money
The Energy Efficiency Fund (FEE) Management Board has today approved the financing of three pilot projects for the installation of the street lighting system in Cantemir and Ocnița, as well as in the Nisporeni city park, totaling about 2.4 million lei.
The Council also decided to finance 75% of the cost of the thermal insulation works of the Grozeşti high school building, the Nisporeni district, worth MDL 3.4 million, and the building of the IMPS Neurology and Neurosurgery Institute in Chisinau, worth of 5.1 million lei.
At today's meeting, EEF activity reports for the first and second quarters of 2018 were presented and approved and the projects under execution were evaluated. The Minister of Economy and Infrastructure, Mr. Chiril Gaburici, called for the deadlines for the implementation of the projects.
"Those who delay the implementation of the projects, have to be imposed deadlines, to make work more efficient, but also to save the financial resources. There are other pending projects that could benefit from Fund support," stressed Chiril Gaburici, Chairman of the FEE Board.
