A Moldovan firefighter has become famous in the United States. He got on the front page of a very important profile magazine “International Fire Fighter”. Dmitri Polscin has got the attention of the editors after attending a training in the United States of America.

“They sent me a photo on Facebook, where it was written “Who is this?”. It is a very important magazine for firefighters, so I am very proud” said Dmitri Polscin.

Dimitri Polscin’s participation at the event in USA was possible thanks to the financial help from donors.

“I did not have any financial means to go to USA. It is very expensive, and the employer could not ensure the trip. In two days we collected more than two thousand US dollars, the rest was provided by an American company” said Polscin.

In Indianapolis Dmitri attended nine training courses and received many certificates. He told in details about his experience in USA on a video blog. This way the journalists from “International Fire Fighter Magazine” got him.

Dmitri Polscin returned home with a valuable experience, that he will share with his colleagues.

He wants to attend the training next year too, and already thinking how to find the necessary money.
