First counter for perfecting and releasing documents opened today in Straseni
The first counter for perfecting and releasing documents was opened today in Straseni. From now, people will go to a single institution, where they will be able to benefit of a thousand public services. At the inauguration event participated the Prime Minister of Moldova, Pavel Filip.
The Prime Minister says that this way they will reduce the bureaucracy and the citizens will have access to quality services.
Within the multifunctional center, the people will benefit of such services as: registration and the evidence of the population, law unities and the immobile registration. Also, there will be perfected the documents for receiving a driving license and the vehicles matriculation. The procedures will be digital, that will simplify their getting.
"This is very important, because one of the Government's target is to become closer to the citizens, through offering the public services", declared Pavel Filip.
Within the institution, there will work 21 employees. The arrangement costs of the counter are six million lei.
"The actual prices won't be changed. Instead, there were eliminated a list of documents that won't require to be paid anymore. Finally, they will save time and money for those services", said Sergiu Raileanu, the director of Public Service Agency.
The next counter will be placed in Ceadir-Lunga. After that, such centers will appear in other 32 districts and three in Chisinau.
The Agency of Public Services was created by the Government in April.
The new structure took the responsibilities of the State Registration Chamber, The Licensing Chamber, the State Enterprise "Cadastre" and Civil Status Service.
