First House program to be launched on Wednesday
First House program will be officially launched tomorrow. PDM chairman Vlad Plahotniuc announced that the project extension is already being worked so that more people will be able to benefit these houses.
"Through these facilities, we want to encourage employees to remain in the budgetary system, moreover, the extension of this program will be an additional reason for the young people who want to engage in the state institutions," said PDM chairman Vlad Plahotniuc.
The First House program is applied to citizens up to 45 years of age, officially employed and not owning other real estate as well as mortgages.
The salary must be at least twice as much as the monthly rate, and the state will guarantee 50 percent of the credit balance.
For 2018, a guarantee fund worth 50 million lei is provided in the state budget. The implementation of the program will be carried out through the Organization for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises.
