Five employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are infected with coronavirus, Interior Minister Alina Zbancă announced on a Facebook post. 

"Three of them are employees of the General Inspectorate of Border Police, two patients are employees of the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations. They are all hospitalized," said Zbancă.

Publika recalls that the police along with the doctors have been fighting against COVID-19 from the very first day. They ensure daily public order near the strategic hospitals where coronavirus-infected patients are staying. They have to involve intensely in patrolling since the authorities imposed the movement restriction.
