Six people have been injured after a man threw a grenade.

The incident occurred this noon in Hirova village, Călăraşi district. Police has confirmed this information. 

According to the preliminary information, the 57-year-old man is a Moldovan citizen. 

The explosion took place near his family and as a result of the blast, five persons were injured and hospitalized.
