The employees of many kindergartens from the Capital didn't receive their salaries for September. The socialist Ion Ceban accused of that the interim of the Education Department, Alexandru Fleas who is not in the country now. The interim of Chisinau, Nistor Grozavu declared that the case will be investigated.

''Fleas should be dismissed. He should return from the UK and give the salaries to people'', said Ion Ceban, socialist adviser.

The interim , Nistor Grozavu declared that if found guilty, Flreas will be punished. He admitted that the salaries were retained because of some problems in the electronic system. Grozavu said people will get their salaries until November 1.

''Fleas is abroad now. He left without resolving the problems here. We will clarify the problem when he returns'', said Nistor Grozavu, the interim of Chisinau.

The Finance Department representatives didn't say anything according to this situation. At the end of September, the Municipal Council approved the allocation of 1,9 million lei for the salaries of the kindergartens' employees.

All the employees of the kindergartens should receive a 50% bonus. The decision was made to resolve the lack of employees from these institutions.
