Former Presidents of Parliament visited it on Parliament's Day (PHOTO REPORT)
The former Presidents of the Parliament held a meeting at the Parliament. The meeting was organzied by Andrian Candu, on the Parliament's Day. It was a good reason for them to discuss about the most interesting moments of their activity. Petru Lucinschi, Dumitru Diacov, Marian Lupu, Igor Corman and Adrian Candu and the deputy presidents walked through the building. At the entrance they were welcomed by Valentina Buliga.
"Happy anniversary to the Parliament."
When they arrived in the sessions room, Petru Lucinschi who was the President of the Parliament between 1993 and 1994 declared that he designed this room.
"The design of this room belongs to me. Now, you have changed it", said Petru Lucinschi, former President of the Parliament.
Petru Lucinschi gave sweets to the ones who succeed him.
Lucinschi also have told that the deputies were not disciplined then.
They also visited the museum of the Parliament, that was inaugurated last year. Andrian Candu urged them to make donations.
"Mr.President, I know we can give some other presents too."
The Parliament's Day is celebrated on May 23, after the Supreme Soviet decided to make the Soviet Socialist Republic in Republic of Moldova.
