Drivers will be able to change driving permits at several city counters. 

At present, there are only two registration sections in Chisinau. There will be two branches of Public Service Agency and three multi-functional centers of its institution.  

This decision has been taken to avoid queues and speed up the process to issue permits. 

The same process will be implemented in 34 subdivisions of  Public Service Agency.

There are 19 thousand drivers who will expire driving license this year and will be around 40 thousand drivers in 2020.
