Government approves amendments to regulation on way allowances are set
The government today approved a string of amendments to the regulation on the way the allowances for families with children are set and paid. The applicants will be able to submit the application online through the single governmental portal of public services (www.servicii.gov.md) and the official webpage of the National Social Insurances House (www.cnas.md), the government’s communication and media relations department has reported, according to Moldpres.
The amendments promoted will shorten the time for providing the concerned service and will facilitate its accessibility for beneficiaries. Thus, the costs paid by the applicant will drop and the accessed information will be offered more quickly and efficiently.
At the same time, if the application is submitted electronically, there is no more need to collect acts necessary to establish the allowances, as the data is taken over from State Registers, in order to optimize the time of service.
The way of considering the electronic application implies processing the information automatically, thus ensuring the enhancing of the degree of transparency and de-bureaucratization of the system.
