Government continues to optimize state institution
National Social Assistance Agency will be recognized and absorbed by Republican Fund for Social Support of Population, in order to ensure efficient management in implementing state policies in welfare. The decision was taken today at the Government.
The institution's subdivisions will be restructure to ensure a more efficient management of resources, especially, regarding financing programs meant for welfare and financing minimum social insurance packages.
The institutions were optimized following a reform of the Government, which will lead to less expenses for administrative management of the two bodies that exist at the moment.
The executive also approved regulations on organizing and functioning of the National Prison Administration. Therefore, the new penitentiary system's activity regulations are created in a new formula and will be brought into force on May 16, 2018.
The main changes in restructuring the penitentiary system are liquidating subdivisions "Department of guard, surveillance and escort troops" and "Center for Technical and Material Supply", liquidation of two Supermax prisons and optimizing the staff. It was established that the body cannot have more than 2960 employees.
At the same time, following today's meeting at the Government, State Chancellery gained jurisdiction in "ensuring the promotion and monitoring implementation of state policy in modernizing public services "
