The Cabinet has endorsed the pension indexation, the calculation pattern and the way of confirming one’s contribution to the retirement pension.

The new provisions refer not only to increasing the pensions, but also by capitalizing on the insured income by recalculating the pensions, and increasing the amount of the minimum pensions.

Starting from April 1, 2017, the pensions will be established according to a new formula, insuring the intertwining between the social insurance contributions and the size of the pension.
