Government readies manifestations to commemorate fighters of Independence War

The Moldovan Cabinet has endorsed a plan of manifestations dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the start of the battles for Moldova’s integrity and independence (1991-1992).
There most important is the Memory March, which will end in laying flowers at the Eternitate Memorial Complex on March 2 in Chişinău.
Commemorative plaques will be installed in many localities and street will be given names of fallen heroes.
The veterans, disabled and their relatives will receive money and medical assistance.
