Serious accident on the first day of 2018. Seven people aged between 21 and 59 were hospitalized with more injuries after their cars were violently collided near the village of Hajdeni, Glodeni district. According to the police, the impact was caused by one of the drivers who was drunk.

"The Glodeni Police Inspectorate Task Force moved to the scene. It was established that the Passat model car driven by the Hâjdieni village inhabitant (Glodeni district), aged 37, with three passengers, buffed Ford car driven by the resident in the same locality, aged 25, with two passengers, "said Ludmila Condrat, press officer of IP Glodeni.

Four of the injured were stuck in the car and the fire brigade was needed. Police Inspectorate Glodeni investigates all the circumstances.
