Moldova wants to get rid of importing electric energy and wants to use the solar energy. The first step was made by opening the biggest solar park from the country. This was built in Bacioi by an Italy company and it is worth over one million euros.

Over six thousand solar panels were installed to produce solar energy. 

"The green boxes transform the energy in something that we can use home. I don't see any reasons for Moldova to avoid using the natural energy", declared Carlo Garuzzo, director of company of producing solar energy.

Due to this project, Italy wants to help our country to use the renewable energy and help the environment.

"This is just the beginning of a great project for Moldova. We are glad to share our experience with you", said Valeria Biagotti, Italy Ambassador to the Republic of Moldova.

The idea of creating such a park was launched in 2015 by Chiril Gaburici, the Economy Minister. The authorities want to start using the renewable energy. This will make us be independent on energy sphere. 

"The greatest thing about this project is that this energy is a clean one. It is very important for us to be independent at this stage", said Chiril Gaburici, the minister of Economy.

The investment of this project is a private one.
