Head of Border Police held meeting with ambassador of Czech Republic to Moldova
The Head of Border Police, Fredolin Lecari had a working meeting today, April 25th, with E.S. Zdenek Krejci, Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Moldova.
During the meeting, the Head of the Border Police assessed the high level of cooperation with law enforcement authorities in the Czech Republic and specified areas of common interest that would ensure the smooth functioning of activities aimed at preventing and combating cross-border crime.
At the same time, Fredolin Lecari reviewed the objectives set for the development and implementation of modern technologies in ensuring the security of the borders.
In turn, E.S. Zdenek Krejci reconfirmed the support and openness for full co-operation, reiterating the availability of identifying mechanisms that help facilitate Moldovan-Czech cooperation.
The ambassador also mentioned that the Czech Republic's industry can propose a variety of technical solutions that would support the modernization of the equipment provided by the Border Police.
