Over 200 hectares of crops were destroyed by the heavy rains from last weekend. According to IGSU, in Ucrainca village, Căușeni, 70 private gardens, 3 household and 13 cellars were flooded.

The weather also destroyed 4 bridges and affected 220 hectares of crops, out of which: 30 hectares of peas, 70 hectares of sunflowers, 20 hectares of wheat, 20 hectares of barley, 80 hectares of corn and 0.5 hectares of grapes.

Also in Ucrainca settlement, rescuers had to pump out water from 5 cellars and 2 households.

The damages caused to be people will be following calculated.
