The heavy snowfall has been a hardship for local authorities. All free equipment has been mobilized to clean the streets and spread non-skid material.

10 centimeters of snow has been registered in Capital. 24 trucks and 500 road workers have been cleaning the roads. Drivers say they are moving cautiously. 

Authorities have advised drivers to avoid sloping roads and bypassing several streets.
